Upon the sale of a listed business, seller must advise PMABIZADS.COM of the sale within 48 hours No pro-rated refunds are given for ads that are removed before their advertising expiration date.

Seller or their representative of business for sale is responsible for maintaining a valid, working email address. Should your email address become nonfunctioning for any length of time, PMABIZADS.COM has the right to suspend your ad from our site until you have notified PMABIZADS.COM that the email address is once again able to receive email. PMABIZADS.COM does not grant refunds for any time an ad is suspended from the website due to nonfunctioning email address.
